Guide is now offering bespoke, 1-2-1 cycling coaching for all levels of cyclists and triathletes. With years of experience working with coaching platforms and plans, we can pass that knowledge and expertise down to you. None of these plans come from a standard platform and will be catered to you and your targets.

Whether you have been cycling for years but now want some structure, or if you are already doing big rides and sportives, there is an opportunity for everyone to improve and develop. These plans will let you race, Zwift and have coffee rides, but all within a structured plan to help those gains come over time and around your regular life commitments.

You can sign up for coaching with as little as 6 hours each week. Even with 6 hours, you can see some impressive gains. Usually, people commit to somewhere between 6-15 hours a week (including their coffee rides at the weekend).

The plans can be used in conjunction with Zwift or Wattbike Hub so you can workout year round, but also, as they run via the TrainingPeaks hub they can sync to your Wahoo or Garmin to do those workouts on the road, if you have a power meter.

You will have 24/7 access to Michael via WhatsApp and TrainingPeaks and get feedback on all your sessions.
