    Why are you called Guide?

    Velominati – Rule number 3. Guide the uninitiated. It is our job as cyclists, to lead those who don’t know the ins-and-outs of cycling. From the most simple things to road etiquette and riding in a group, everyone starts at the same place and it is our role to lead people into an inclusive cycling culture. 

    Why Vegan Friendly?

    It is important to us, as a business, that all our products are 100% sustainable and leave almost zero impact on the environment around us. We are aware that in delivering products and in some forms of manufacturing this may not be possible, but being vegan and mindful of our surroundings, will help us get as close to 100% zero-impact in every aspect of production. Also, our founder is vegan and it makes sense that our products are too!

    What products do you sell?

    Starting out as a small business, our goal in 2021 is to deliver four products: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Caps and Beanies. As we hopefully grow and expand, we will be looking for more products that can shape fashion on and off the bike, and integrate cycling with everyday life. 

    What if I don't see my size or desired product?

    Ask us. We may have more orders on the way or you may have an idea we haven’t thought of. We’d love to hear suggestions.

    How do I track my order?

    Depending on your desired shipping method, you may be able to track with the tracking number in the email you receive. All orders will receive an email once an order has shipped and should fall in normal delivery times for Royal Mail.

    What is your returns policy?

    Should your order be incorrect, not fit, not meet your standards or anything else, please return it for a full refund as long as it has never been worn or washed. We are committed to delivering a product that meets your requirements and will make sure you’re happy. 

    I am ordering from outside the UK - how long will my order take?

    Due to Brexit and COVID (at the same time), deliveries may be slower. You may also be required to pay duty on the goods, once they have left the UK. We will try and ensure that delivery timescales are set at the normal rate for Royal Mail but this cannot be guaranteed. We will ship all goods with tracking information so you can get updates as they come through. 

    Will COVID affect my order?

    In short – no. Clearly, we can’t account for exceptions to the rule but, if it is on the website, we have it in stock and will ship as soon as it is purchased. Unless there are delay in shipping, your order will leave us within 24 business hours of your order. 

    My items arrived damaged - what should I do?

    Contact us immediately. Please take a picture of the damage and send to us, and we will rectify immediately. Please do not ship the goods back to us until we have talked to you and we can advise the next steps. Our packaging shouldn’t allow damage to occur, but if it does, please contact us via email.
